HotmixPRO To Showcase At Australia's Largest Food And Hospitality Event

Making its awaited debut on a national scale is HotmixPRO – the multifunction thermo mixer that is making its way into countless commercial kitchens throughout Australia.

Convention Exhibition Centre, September 5-8, 2011.
The team at HotmixPRO are bringing out all stops with an amazing chef from Melbourne cooking up a feast for exhibitors. On the menu will be chicken Terrines, Parfaits, Creme Patisserie, Risottos and Sorbet just to name a few all of which will be of course, prepared and cooked on the stand, using only one machine – HotmixPRO. Some of our other demonstrations will include Hollandaise Sauce, Zabaglione Cream, lemon curd, and homemade jams and pesto.

Fresh off overseas shores this ingenious machine from Italy chops, blends and blasts any ingredient with an added cooking element. Powered by a beefy 1500W motor, blades rotate at variable speeds of up to 12500 rpm whilst food can be cooked at temperatures between 25 and 190°C.

It effortlessly creates purees, powders, custards and even tempers chocolate. Added clever functionality includes electronic storing of custom recipes via SD memory card, therefore providing the ability to standardise recipes with minimal fuss; delayed start programming and a two litre volume capacity.

Along with incredibly easy cleaning and maintenance, HotmixPRO comes with a two year warranty and is CE Professional approved.
